Our products are primarily supplied to Sino-foreign joint ventures, with an annual output of up to 300 tonnes. Components undergo multiple machining processes, with the smallest parts weighing just 0.8g each.

We Plan It
With over 35 years of experience in plastic part and mould design, we at DSW know how to turn your idea into the best possible product. We’ll plan the mould that makes it happen, getting every detail just right.
We Craft It
Our skilled craftsmen use lathes, mills, and CNC machines to craft your mould right here in-house. Doing it ourselves means we can tweak designs quickly and guarantee the mould works perfectly—saving you time and money.
We Produce It
Once the mould is ready, we use it to produce your plastic parts. Injection moulding pushes liquid resin into the mould cavity to create each piece. DSW has 25 modern machines, from 75 tonnes to 1,200 tonnes, so we can handle anything you need.
We Check It
We inspect every part carefully for defects. Only the best-quality pieces leave our facility. Plus, all our moulds are on a regular maintenance schedule, so they stay in top condition.
We Deliver It
From our central HQ, we deliver your finished products straight to your customers or retail partners. With our large production and distribution space, and excellent access to transport networks, we make sure your parts get there fast and efficiently.
