Precision Metal Stampings
Delivering Uncompromising Accuracy for Complex Metal Parts

The Process We Do
Every project begins with a bespoke design, meticulously tailored to meet your specifications.
We manufacture all stamping dies in-house, ensuring complete control over quality at every stage.
Flat sheet metal is subsequently fed through these dies—either in a single operation or through a series of progressive steps—resulting in high-precision metal components with consistent accuracy.

Precision Metal Stamping – Key Terms
- Blanking: The initial step in stamping, where a flat shape (blank) is cut from sheet metal.
- Coining: A high-pressure forming process used to create detailed features or modify material thickness.
- Drawing: The process of stretching and compressing metal into a three-dimensional shape using a die.
- Forming: A general term covering processes such as bending, embossing, beading, ironing, and piercing.
- Notching: The removal of part of an edge or corner to facilitate better fit or assembly.
- Piercing: The creation of holes or slots in the material; unlike blanking, the removed portion is discarded as waste.
- Progressive Die Stamping: A high-speed technique employing multiple stations within a single die set to efficiently produce complete parts.
